[...] June has given us recipes from all over the world so that there is something for every taste and mood. The ingredients are mostly easy to find and when an exotic recipe from the Philippines calls for the heart of a banana flower, sliced, it stimulates the imagination, reminding one that there must be someone somewhere who has banana flowers available in the back yard!
